SCCC will work with you to provide an Ofsted and CQC inspection review and progress plan. These will include all the new quality standards & the evidence that Ofsted and CQC will be looking for on the day of inspection.


Social Care Compliance Consultants (SCCC) is an independent organisation which aims to support good quality health and social care to all service providers by sharing knowledge and expertise on complaince issues with Ofsted and CQC and help to develop strategies with clients that is evidence based and outcome focused. 


To improve the quality of social care in general by forging links and partnerships with organisations and as the service grows and develops to see and evidence good results and positive outcomes across the caring spectrum.

Executive Consultant

Chris has worked in social care for over 35 years and has over 12 years experience of project supervision, staff support and management.

He has worked as a social worker, Care Manager, Registered Manager and Operations Manager. His expertise lie in:

Improving operational systems, recruitment, behaviour support strategies, autism spectrum disorder, policies in support of organisations' mission and ethos. He is also a trained ABE interviwer  in accordance with The Criminal Justice Act  1991 in determining a child’s evidence in court. 

Karen Joseph

Management Consultant 

Social Work

Karen has been practicing as a qualified social worker for over 26 years for both adults and children and families. She has a wealth of experience working with local authority, private and the voluntary sector.

Her expertise are in:

child protection, 

placement planning, care planning, engagement strategies,  service design and monitoring and legal statements for court proceedings. 

She also specialises in care planning and care management for adults and older people, safeguarding and protection strategies.

Angela Banda

Adult Social Care Consultant

Angela has over 15 years of senior management experience in the domiciliary care industry. After working as a care manager for ten years, Angela embarked on her own entrepreneurial mission establishing two successful domiciliary care companies. Her focus now is in maintaining companies with a strong managerial foundation and providing dynamic marketing support. Angela has designed a care management system with a three tier structure. This structure encompasses CQC approval and compliance, management and staffing function and finally marketing and financial profitability with a focus on digital marketing.

Vincent Thomas

Compliance and Special Projects Consultant

Vincent has extensive experience in both OFSTED and CQC regulated care companies. Vincent has a unique blend of academic and research experience in Psychology with an emphasis on degenerative and spectrum related conditions. His professional practice includes local authority and privately own enterprises. Vincent has spent the last 3 years establishing domiciliary care companies and training managers and front line staff. He specializes in CQC regulatory compliance along with the training and auditing of management systems.
